I got the idea quite a while ago to make journals from my Weavettes - I have several different sizes, and the 6" square seemed like it would make a nice little journal. I didn't get an afghan done for my nephew (he had said he wanted one made from every type of loom I have), but I did use several looms to make him this journal/birthday card. His favorite color is orange, so I used a lot of bright colored paper and yarn, and a balloon button since it was for his birthday.
